A Kona Share Charter affords one the opportunity to seek a trophy fish without the expense of a private charter.   The charter is booked individually, shared with other anglers, and Charter fees are charged per each individual.   

For a novice, it is a great introduction to Big Game Fishing.  For the angler on a time or money budget, a Share Charter makes this popular Kona activity the way to go. 

Not many boats in our harbor offer this option.  Share charters are 1/2 day charters.  Of those boats that do offer shares, the common practice is to book up to 6 anglers.  

To increase your odds of being in the fighting chair when a fish strikes, we limit the number of anglers on your charter to 4.  We charge a  more for this feature, but it's worth it.  Shogun is one of the nicest Charter Boats in the fleet to offer this option.

So that we are able to cover the basic costs of fuel and crew, we require a minimum of 2 anglers.  Ride alongs. . .?  Friend or spouse not interested in fishing but wants to go along for the ride?  Yes, we have 2 spaces available.
